TL;DR: A one-year subscription to TuneIn Audio Streaming’s Premium Plan is on sale for under £31.81, saving you 66% on list price.

The monthly subscription fees are really starting to get out of hand; it may be time for some spring cleaning.

Meet TuneIn — an audio streaming platform that combines live sports, breaking news, curated music, over 120,000 streaming radio stations, and all of your favourite podcasts into a single platform. Yes, it’s another subscription service, but with TuneIn, you can pay a single fee for an entire year of service and consolidate a handful of other subscriptions into one, potentially saving you hundreds of pounds per year.

You can find TuneIn built into some cars like SiriusXM, but you can just as easily stream from your phone, iPad, or browser via the TuneIn app. The app is constantly evolving and currently houses live sport, nonstop news from the biggest local, national, and international networks, ad-free music, podcasts, and over 100k AM/FM and internet radio stations broadcasting from 200+ countries. The live radio streaming is its claim to fame and what sets it apart from other audio streaming services like, say, Spotify or Tidal. What’s particularly cool about the array of stations is that you can hear what other regions around the globe and international crowds are listening to.

Our friends at PCMag (which is owned by Mashable’s publisher, Ziff Davis) named TuneIn one of the best iPad apps for 2022. Not to mention, they rated it “excellent” and gave it the coveted Editors’ Choice badge of honor.

Other cool features include the ability to rewind and record live radio, a number of different ways to find and share content, thousands of audiobooks, ad-free listening, and plenty more. While the PCMag review did note the interface isn’t always user-friendly, it also pointed out that the features were still worth it.

A year of TuneIn Audio Streaming’s Premium Plan is typically £95, but you can save 66% and sign up for only £31.81.
