Most recent leadership changes at Playstation happened due Kaz Hirai´s retirement, he was not replaced by Yoshida. Two distinct scenarios entirely.
I got your point, you see it like normal while I see these changes at SE as kind of worrisome since such changes might affect AAA game development, but that´s just me.
But you´re right. It´s business as usual.
