Why Is Everyone On Nintendo’s Side Over The Bowser Hacker Case?

One, it’s the gamer. Raggedy website. Not even worth a click.

Two, he tried to F Nintendo. Nintendo FD him. When someone is innocent of a crime, then yes. They don’t deserve severe punishment. But he’s hella guilty. I have no sympathy for those that do criminal behavior but expect leniency. He wasn’t trying to steal secret documents that would win a war against an evil dictator. He hacked a company making honest money. Then made money off of them.

10 million is excessive but may get reduced in the future. But today, he knows and everyone like him knows that punishment can and will be severe hopefully as a deterrent for others. Most have no thoughts of doing what he did. But it tells you where his mind was in deciding to do it. When he could have easily said, “Nah. I better not do it.”

Takes a split second to decide. He thought long and hard on what he was going to do and profited. Takes more thought to do that too. More than a split second. It’s like driving a getaway car of a bank robbery but saying I didn’t go in the bank.
