Impressive numbers!
I know a lot of people here will swear by physical.. and I guess that comes with the territory – ie. if you’re on a gaming news site, you’re probably more into the hobby than the general population.
I do respect all those who are into the collecting and get the plus points of being able to sell/trade in, etc. but at the same time we should realise that digital is the majority now and that number is only going to increase. I went digital several years ago and never looked back, it’s so much more convenient.
Not saying digital is right or better. That’s a personal thing for sure. But one thing to note – buying digital means Sony sees a lot more of that $70 than if you buy a physical copy.
