Nintendo have a history of hiring great women in their company, when Animal Crossing New Leaf director wanted to split the team 50/50 in gender, she hired exceptional women leading to a great game, whenever a western story hires for exclusivity it ends up in a disaster because they weren’t hired for skill (which tons of western female developers have) but for political opinions!
What I am getting at is, if Nintendo keeps it 4.2 or turns it to 50, I always hope they keep their mentality in hiring talented women!
