Helldivers 2's New Premium Warbond Finally Does Something No Warbond Has Done Before

April 21, 2026

Helldivers 2 premium warbonds usually follow a predictable pattern, dropping new weapons and cosmetics into the game every month. But this month? Developer Arrowhead is shaking things up by introducing a warbond on April 28 that includes not one but two exosuits. This is a first for Helldivers 2, as there have been no exosuits and vehicles in warbonds before. The new mechs look like powerful additions to the Helldivers 2 arsenal, starting with the EXO-51 Lumberer that comes equipped with an anti-tank cannon and a flamethrower.

The other mech, the MGX-42 Bullet Storm, looks like it was designed to close gaps and break enemy lines with its disposable machine gun. The exosuit comes with two of these weapons, so once you burn through ammo, you can throw them away and equip a new one. The mech also features a massive shield to help protect it from weapon fire and smash through enemies.

Just because exosuits are in the spotlight, it doesn’t mean that Helldivers won’t get some new weaponry to try out when they’re on foot. The SMG-203 Gallant is a submachine gun with a high rate of fire, and while it does have a smaller clip size when compared to the MP-98 SMG, it does offer increased penetration with each round. Players can also get their hands on the new P-33 Missile Pistol, which has a lock-on feature that can deliver heat-propelled rounds straight into an unlucky enemy.

Players can also gear up in new armor sets with this warbond. The O-2 Heavy Operator and O-3 Free Spirit armor sets include an Oxygenator perk that allows players to walk, run, and slide slightly quicker, and a new “Thumbs Up Approval” emote lets you use your favorite digit to drop a positivity signal.

Like previous premium Warbonds, Exo Experts will cost 1,000 Super Credits, and you can earn small amounts of this premium currency by playing the game. Alternatively, you can purchase it for around $10.
