The Pokémon TCG’s new Chaos Rising expansion comes out soon, and the price war between retailers is heating up to the point where we are starting to see last-minute discounts on Elite Trainer Boxes.
As of May 15, the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box is listed at Amazon for $113.97, down from its $119.99 list price. That’s an extra 5% off and the lowest we’ve seen on this particular box.
Sold and shipped by Amazon directly, free delivery is scheduled for May 25, just after Chaos Rising’s May 22 release date.
If you’re open to shopping with other retailers, Walmart — previously sporting Amazon’s $113.97 price — has dropped its price even further to $109.77 with free shipping. TCGplayer’s unopened presale listings start at $102.79 with shipping included — just over the ETB’s $101.53 market price.
