Posting on Truth Social and moaning about the late night hosts are two of Donald Trump’s favorite things, and he’s never more in his element than when he gets to combine the two.
In the clip above Jimmy Kimmel breaks down the president’s latest diatribe, in which he gloats about having “taken out” Stephen Colbert before saying he has “three more limping late night talk show hosts” to go.
“Shouldn’t the President of the United States have more important things to focus on?,” asks Kimmel, before speculating that Trump could be upset his show won a Peabody Award over the weekend, at which the host thanked Trump for “inspiring us to fight for our freedom of speech.” Kimmel then played a clip of Fox host Laura Ingraham and contributor Raymond Arroyo also moaning about Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s win on The Ingraham Angle.
“Sounds like a couple of people who never won a Peabody Award, to me,” the host grins.
