With summer temperatures pushing into uncomfortable territory, the Reon Pocket Pro Plus takes a different approach to staying cool. Instead of carrying around a fan, this wearable temperature-control device sits around your neck and uses a cooling plate against your upper back to deliver a targeted way to manage heat.
This device can also warm you up during colder months, making it more of an all-season wearable than just a summer gadget. It uses built-in temperature and humidity sensors, along with Sony’s control algorithm, to adjust cooling and warming based on your surroundings and preferences.

When paired with the included sensing device, it can detect both the temperature inside your clothing and the outside environment, allowing its Smart cool to warm mode to automatically switch between cooling and heating without needing constant adjustments.
Despite its compact design, Sony packs in plenty of practical features. The device uses two thermo modules that alternate intensity to maintain continuous cooling, while Smart cool mode can deliver up to 15 hours of battery life. A flexible neckband helps keep the cooling surface in contact with your skin, and the lightweight, discreet design is made to be worn under clothing without looking like you’re carrying a gadget around. When winter arrives, four adjustable warm levels let it double as a personal warmer.
