Sony has announced that there will be not one, but two, PlayStation State of Play events this week. The back-to-back broadcasts will feature “updates from studios around the world,” Sony said in its announcement.
The first event, kicking off at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET on September 3, will feature updates from Sony’s own development teams and third-party partners. The event will conclude with an “extended look” at Final Fantasy VII: Revelation.
Right after the first event will be a second State of Play, a State of Play Japan, hosted by Yuki Kaji. This event will provide “deep dives into upcoming games from game studios in Japan and Asia, including new gameplay, announcements, and more.” There will be English subtitles available.
Sony did not provide any details on how long these State of Play broadcasts will be, but keep checking back with GameSpot for all the news and more.
