PS Plus Essential November 2026: Dead Island 2 leads

October 28, 2026

Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for November 2026: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered and Monster Train 2, the company announced on the PlayStation Blog on October 28. All three are claimable from Tuesday, November 3 through Monday, November 30.

Dead Island 2 headlines the slate on PS5 and PS4. The 2023 zombie action game from Dambuster Studios and Deep Silver puts players in control of one of six Slayers and supports online three-player co-op. Sony’s post pitches it as a chance to “practice strength in numbers in online three-player co-op to increase your chances of survival.”

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered rounds out the classic saga

The Tomb Raider collection bundles remasters of The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness, developed by Aspyr with Crystal Dynamics, and covers PS5 and PS4. Players can switch between the original polygonal models and the remastered graphics at any time. GameRant notes that Tomb Raider I-III Remastered was included with PS Plus earlier in 2026, so subscribers who claimed that collection can now complete the original six-game Lara Croft lineup.

Monster Train 2, a deckbuilding roguelite from Shiny Shoe, is the PS5-only entry. It mixes card play with tower defense on a moving train and offers five new clans to build strategies around. GamingBolt reports the game is also getting new DLC, The Punished, on November 10, adding another clan to the roster, though Sony’s announcement does not mention it.

October’s games rotate out on November 2

Subscribers still have until Monday, November 2 to claim October’s Monthly Games: F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2. Once claimed, games stay playable as long as the subscription remains active on any PlayStation Plus tier.

The combined typical PS Store price of the three November titles is $96.97: Dead Island 2 at $41.99, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered at $29.99 and Monster Train 2 at $24.99, per GameRant’s price rundown. Sony said the November Game Catalog additions for PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers will be announced separately later in the month. November’s claim window closes on Monday, November 30.
