The Garmin Vivoactive 5 has dropped to a record-low $169.99 on Amazon, down from its $299.99 RRP. That’s a $130 saving and a 43% discount relative to the recommended retail price, which makes this a standout deal if you’ve been waiting for Garmin pricing to come back to earth.
At this price, the Vivoactive 5 sits in a really appealing spot in Garmin’s lineup. It’s built as a health-and-fitness GPS smartwatch with a bright AMOLED display, touchscreen controls, and two physical buttons. It also works with a wide range of smartphones, so it fits easily into most setups.
Garmin packs in a lot of wellness and workout tools here, too. You get 30+ built-in sports apps, guided workouts, Garmin Coach support, heart-rate tracking, sleep insights, Body Battery, stress tracking, and even wheelchair mode. For day-to-day use, it also includes built-in GPS, music storage and playback, Garmin Pay, and safety features like incident detection and assistance when paired with a phone.
Battery life is another big reason this watch stands out, with up to 11 days in smartwatch mode. The Vivoactive 5 is more about everyday health, workouts, and lifestyle features than high-end endurance training, and that’s exactly why this deal looks so good right now. You’re getting a well-rounded Garmin smartwatch for far less than usual.
