I have the platinum for DS, it wasn’t “silly trash ” at all. It all makes sense within the confines of that universe. It is easily one of my favorite games and I’ve been playing since the 70s.
“Scruffy looking nerf herder” sounds silly out of context, but in Star Wars, it’s delivered flawlessly by an incredible actor and it fits the Star Wars universe.
The writing in the trailer is incredibly DS.
So it’s not your bag. Big deal. No one said you had to like it. But that doesn’t make it silly trash or even close to “shockingly bad.”
For those that played DS, that trailer makes a ton of sense.
