Black Friday is almost here, which means lots of retailers and brands are starting to knock down prices in attempt to get your attention. While saving some money on new tech is a great way to end the year, it’s even better when you can get savings on services you use every single day.

If you’ve been thinking about going with a new cellular service provider, Ultra Mobile is stepping things up, introducing huge discounts on some of its best plans. While the brand does offer single-month and three-month plans, you’ll see the best savings by grabbing a plan for six months or one year.

If you’ve never heard of Ultra Mobile before, it’s a prepaid carrier that runs on T-Mobile’s network. We took it for a test drive and found that it was pretty good. The carrier offers a range of plans, with 4GB, 8GB, 12GB, 24GB, and two different unlimited plans. So no matter your needs, Ultra Mobile has something for you.

You get great coverage in most areas and network speeds are also quite good as well. The plans also include international coverage as well, offering talk to 90+ destinations. You can also text free to Canada and Mexico. For the most part, it’s not a bad way to go if you’re looking to get reliable and affordable cellular service.

By going with the 12-month package, you’re going to see the best results when it comes to discounts, with the 4GB plan coming out to be just $6.50/month. The 8GB plan will cost $8.50, while the 12GB plan comes in at $10/month. There are even options for family plans if you need to grab more than one line of service.

Since this is prepaid, you’re going to have to pay all of this up front, which means a large payment when you start the service. However, with the current discounts, this isn’t all that bad.
